Terms of service
Elizabeth & The Elizabeth Davis Designs team reserves the right to recreate individual designs, elements, full party suites, themes, baby bundles, or orders - including, but not limited to - individual design elements, and custom images that have been digitized or not, at Elizabeth’s own & sole discretion. Clients may not retain the rights to any designs, themes, or elements from any order without paying for exclusivity prior to the order being fulfilled, if Elizabeth allows such to occur and at the price of her choosing, to compensate for any potential business loss in the future.
Turnaround times for Custom Orders - EDD is unique in that, for Custom Orders, we book out by the date you would like your items in-hand & delivered to you. For those orders it is never too early to book a date, but you must confirm the date you'd like is available & that we can accommodate your order, prior to placing the Custom Order Deposit order. Once A custom order date is confirmed, the order is booked & the invoice is complete, orders will be fulfilled and shipped out by the date agreed upon. We always aim to get Custom Orders out as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind sometimes we book over a year or more in advance & doing that by date allows us to accommodate your order as well as others in a timely manner. Turnaround time for Collections & Drops - the current turnaround time for personalized orders is running around 4-6 weeks, unless another shipping date is stated for that collection.
Rush Orders - If you would like to place an order with a turnaround time of less than 6-8 weeks, please email us at hello@ElizabethDavisDesigns.co to inquire about a rush fee and/or rush shipping for your order.
Shipping Information- Due to shipping delays that are common with USPS, EDD almost exclusively uses UPS for all orders. Shipping is non-refundable & Elizabeth, nor the Elizabeth Davis Designs team is responsible for items that may become lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged by UPS, or any other shipping carrier. Once the package leaves our office, it is out of our control. If you happen to experience a lost, stolen or damaged item due to shipping, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim & we will be happy to do anything on our part to help, if we can.
Returns + Exchanges - Since all items are custom made & unique to each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a mistake has been made, please reach out to us at Hello@ElizabethDavisDesigns.co to let us know within 7 business days of delivery of your order.
Live Embroidery - Elizabeth, Elizabeth Davis Designs LLC + the team, are not responsible for any potential injury or incident involving our machinery, products or personal at a live event. Vendors are required to have event insurance & by paying your invoice you are relinquishing any liability of EDD LLC.
Rentals - Elizabeth, Elizabeth Davis Designs LLC + the team, are not responsible or carry any liability for any potential injury to any rentals to be used for parties or events. The client assumes all liability when placing their order. If items are damaged during the care or transport of items, the client will be subject to a damage fee to pay for repairs or in some cases complete items as needed based on Elizabeth's sole discretion. Please ensure all safety precautions & take care of the items entrusted to your care for the duration of the event. Travel & Delivery fees may be included in addition to rental price.
