Terms of Service

Elizabeth & The Elizabeth Davis Designs team reserves the right to recreate individual designs, elements, full party suites, themes, or bundles/orders, including but not limited to individual design elements and even custom images that have been digitized or not, at Elizabeth’s own & sole discretion. Clients may not retain the rights to any designs, themes, or elements from any order without paying for exclusivity if Elizabeth allows such to occur, at the price of her choosing to compensate for any potential business loss in the future.
