Wherever you fall in that process, our goal remains the same: to create timeless, heirloom-quality pieces that feel deeply personal and ready to be cherished for generations.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis reservation secures your place on our production calendar and allows our team to begin the custom design process, learn about your desires \u0026amp; vision. Because custom commissions involve one-on-one communication with our team, creative development, specialty materials, design preparation, and test stitching for new designs, this payment is retained as a non-refundable design and reservation fee and is not subtracted from the final balance. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOne round of mockups is available upon request. Additional revisions or mockups may be subject to an additional design fee. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo ensure timely completion, we kindly we request that all design details be finalized 6-8 weeks prior to your requested event or delivery date.
